When to use it
Use it to send one file instead of many: application packs, invoices for a month, or an ID, certificate and CV that a portal wants as a single PDF.
Examples
- Merge a CV, degree certificate and passport copy into one PDF for a job application.
- Combine monthly invoices into one file for your accountant.
Common mistakes
- Merging password-protected PDFs; remove the password first.
- Ending up with a file too large for the portal; split or compress it afterwards.
Privacy
Your files are processed by your own browser and are never uploaded to a server. Close the tab and they are gone.
